in every situation lies the possibility of imagination / possibility that within that situation lies a person able to imagine / some situations more than others / some persons more than others / and in that lies the possibility that there lives a person with imagination capable of instigating immense development / our mosaic city begins / there grew up one day an artist possessed with the vision of our city / as he explored the imaginative possibilities his vision spread and increased in detail / before long small sections of the community were attempting to live out in practice what had hitherto only existed in the artist’s vision / the artist welcomed this following he had created / its attentive presence and gratitude facilitated both the personal and social growth of his vision / his mind did not change except in what he felt to be logical progression / though no complete and precise objective was given / the progression retained all the appearance of directional certainty / seemingly by chance each development would prove to have been if not correct then at least necessary / easy to follow / in this way he met with little opposition to his work / the conditions which existed at this time ensured that all possible rival visions were seriously invalidated / by no means overnight yet with amazing momentum the work of the mosaic city got underway / all impediments to the realisation of this one man’s dream were resolved / a civilisation flourishes all around you
